Queen of Wands: Live

Shivali’s one-woman show, Queen of Wands, played to a full house at London’s Union Theatre on Sunday, 18th May, with every seat sold out ahead of the performance.

This bold, solo performance, directed by Celine Rosenthal and produced by Aman Dhillon, brought Shivali’s spoken word album Queen of Wands to life through a deeply personal combination of music, poetry, storytelling and immersive visual elements. The show reflected on themes of love, loss and self-discovery.

Audiences responded with a standing ovation, praising Shivali’s lyrical intellectual depth, emotional clarity and commanding stage presence. Poetry that was both thought-provoking and relatable.

Key attendees included legendary actors like Shobu Kapoor (Polite Society). Queen of Wands continues to push the boundaries of contemporary British-Asian performance and celebrates the power of solo storytelling.
